and comes equipped with air conditioning/heating,, a double bed, all
bed linens and towels, a colour TV - DVD, fully equipped kitchen, dish
washer, washing machine,1 bathroom, and its own private balcony with a
garden table/chairs for relaxing...
Central located, just off metro PARALEL, a 5 minute walk to Las
Ramblas. It is safe and clean area, close to the Montjuic mountain with
lots of gardens and museums to discover..
NOTES :
The apartment is on the second floor of the building, there is no elevator.
TERMS & CONDITIONS :
The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).
Check- Ins/ Outs:
Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure
times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9
am and after 9 pm)
We have a 40 one time cleaning fee.
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 20% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (80% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
DEPOSIT: 300 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
CANCELLATION :
1) >45 days to booking date, 50 % refunded from booking amount.
2) <45 days to booking date, 0 % refunded from booking amount
