NOTES :

You will also find all the facilities that you need, from an iron and soap and hairdryer in the bathroom. So you don´t need to pack them.

Loaction: Everything you need is close by: shops, supermarkets, pay-parking for your car, great restaurants. There is a gym near the apartment as well!

The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with lift) in a really quiet and safe area, five minutes by foot from the Stadium Futbol Club Barcelona.

In summer this is the ideal place for a mixed vacation of city & beach. A short train journey will bring you to Sitges and the Costa Brava.

This flat is also available for longer term rentals, depending upon season and customer. Please enquire!

Free parking on the street from Saturday 14.00 to Monday 8.00.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).

(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)

We have a 40 one time cleaning fee.

Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 20% of the bill.

The rest of the rent (80% of the bill) is due on arrival.

There is a surcharge for special events if apply.

DEPOSIT: 200 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.

CANCELLATION :

1) >45 days to booking date, 50 % refunded from booking amount.
2) <45 days to booking date, 0 % refunded from booking amount
