BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 20% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (80% of the bill) is due on arrival.

DEPOSIT: 1000 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
CANCELLATION :
1) >45 days to booking date, 50 % refunded from booking amount.
2) <45 days to booking date, 0 % refunded from booking amount
