center, close to Barcelona's Gothic Cathedral in the Gothic quarter.
Near the fashionable and lively area of El Borne . It is located in the
Ribera area on a narrow street, which leads, in a few minutes, to some
of the most important sights of Barcelona: The Cathedral, the Ramblas,
Plaza Catalunya, Barceloneta beaches, gothic Basilica "Santa Mara del
Mar", Picasso Museum, Port Vell, Maremagnum moll, etc.
It is extremely well-communicated by subway and bus with the rest
of the city, so you will be able see the rest of Barcelona without
exhausting yourself. The nearest metro stop is Jaume I (L4 yellow metro
line), close to Plaza Sant Jaume: the main square of the old city and
still the administrative centre of Barcelona. This "Plaza" contains
both the City Hall and the seat of the Regional Government of
Catalunya, called "Palau de la Generalitat".

- Barcelona apartment with terrace for 1 or 2 people. An old and
refurbished building, typical of the Old Town, located on the attic
floor ( 4th floor with no elevator ). It has been renewed and decorated
with stylish and modern furniture. It has parquet flooring, and nice
joists. Ideal for a couple, who want enjoy to live style of the local
folks, right downtown. The apartment has lots of day light and is not
over the street, so it is very quiet.
- A cozy apartment, living room with a double sofa bed and an
eating corner, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It has a sunny
private terrace upstairs.
- A public parking is just in front of the building.
NOTES :
The flat has:
- Nice living room with a double sofa bed,
(two beds 90x200 or a double bed 180x200), and in the eating area there is a table and two chairs
- Full equipped kitchen (fridge,microwave, toaster, teapot, coffee
maker, juice squeezer and some basic produits like sugar, olive oil,
vinegar salt, pepper, coffee, tea, napkins etc.
- Fully equipped bathroom (with a bath), hair dryer
Sunny private terrace. (at the top) with 4 chairs , two tables, many natural plants and a shower!
Moreover, the apartment is equipped with :

TERMS & CONDITIONS :
The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).

Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure
times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9
am and after 9 pm)
We have a 55 one time cleaning fee.
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 20% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (80% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
DEPOSIT: 300 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
CANCELLATION :
1) >45 days to booking date, 50 % refunded from booking amount.
2) <45 days to booking date, 0 % refunded from booking amount
