*Apartment has lift which reaches the last floor, then you have to go up one flight of stairs to reach this attic.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :
The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).

Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
(We
will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times,
there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and
after 9 pm)
We have a 40 one time cleaning fee.
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 20% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (80% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
DEPOSIT: 200 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
CANCELLATION :
1) >45 days to booking date, 50 % refunded from booking amount.
2) <45 days to booking date, 0 % refunded from booking amount
