This is a new reformed apartment of 50 metres up to 6 people brand-new refurnished, full of mediterranean warm light and good decorated.

Apartment is fully equipped with all you may need: fridge (with freezer), washing machine, heater, air conditioner, TV, CD player, and the complete household furnishing.

The apartment have 2 balcony’s and two windows. The apartment captures the typical characteristics of the Born Quarter old building, coupled with modern touches.

The street is a beautiful and quite pedestrian street.

The apartment has a large living room area, with a small, but complete kitchen, with fridge freezer, microwave, hob top, washing machine and a dining area to sit and eat any meals prepared in the apartment. There are large windows and balcony’s looking out into the street. The apartment has the original wooden beams. However, the apartment is also furnished with brand new furniture and fittings.
In the living room area, there are one sofa bed and a TV. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with one double bed and ample wardrobe space for hanging clothes. Finally the bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

The apartment is in a 3rd floor with no lift as is typical of this district.   

ADITIONAL INFORMATION

The location of the apartment is in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, in a famous street with many historical, listed buildings. The Cathedral is just a few minutes walk away, as is the Placa Sant Jaume, where the Catalan Government headquarters are.

From here, walk 5 minutes to Las Ramblas, and enjoy the variety of shops, tourists and locals in Barcelona's most famous promenade. Closer to the apartment is also the trendy neighbourhood of El Born, with its artisan cafés and bars, clubs and restaurants. We will provide you with detailed instructions of how to make the most of your stay!

The apartment is well served by public transport - the nearest metro is just a 2 minute walk away, and for those sun lovers, a 15 minute walk takes you right to the beach, too.

There are many shops and markets in the Gothic Quarter, along with the Picasso museum, the textiles museum, and even the Chocolate museum.

A central location in a good area and a little luxury is what makes this apartment a perfect combination for your stay.

The apartment was renovated on 2003 and fully equipped with everything you might need. It has air conditioning and can sleep up to four people, two in a double bed and two more on a double sofa bed. Both the living room and the bedroom have an amazing 50m terrace with an astounding view of the city.

Nevertheless, there is no noise in the apartment itself, so that you can enjoy your rest after seeing all the nearby Barcelona marvels. Gaudi´s masterpieces are just around the corner.

The apartment is situated next to probably the most famous avenue of the city - Paseo de Gracia, a beautiful boulevard in the city housing not only traditional landmarks of Barcelona, such as the unmisteakeable work of Antoni Gaudi (3 of his buildings), but also modern day, designer shops, boutiques and some of the city's most famous restaurants and bars. What a place to start your holiday!

Just a few minutes walk will take you down to Plaza Catalunya, the city's main square, from where you can explore Las Ramblas, the Port and Harbour, the Gothic Quarter and cathedral, etc. Metro stops are again just a few minutes walk away, taking you to all the other city sights.

The area.... Passeig de Gràcia is located in the Quadrat d'Or (Golden Square) of the Modernist architectural quarter. Next to Plaça Catalunya and very near the famous Ramblas and the mediaeval Gothic quarter (renowned for its fashionable cafés and restaurants).

PASEO DE GRACIA Is considered the Champs Elysees of Barcelona. The main street of l´Eixample, and a shopping and financial centre, it´s the perfect street to wander along and find your bearings. Although Passeig de Gracia existed before l'Eixample, it became the main axis of the Cerdà Plan. To walk down Passeig de Gràcia is to see Catalan modernist architecture at its best.

Studio in La Barceloneta. It is located just 150 m. from the main beach of Barcelona. La Barceloneta is an antique district of Barcelona with lots of Bars, restaurants and pubs all in narrow streets. This district is just beside the old Port of the city, quite close to Las Ramblas and the main places of Barcelona.

The apartment has a nice living room with a double bed and a double sofa bed (there is an extra single sofa bed). There is lots of sun and light in the studio.

COZY STUDIO WITH TERRACE

Nice apartment in Barcelona city center, close to Barcelona's Gothic Cathedral in the Gothic quarter. Near the fashionable and lively area of El Borne . It is located in the Ribera area on a narrow street, which leads, in a few minutes, to some of the most important sights of Barcelona: The Cathedral, the Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Barceloneta beaches, gothic Basilica "Santa Mara del Mar", Picasso Museum, Port Vell, Maremagnum moll, etc.

It is extremely well-communicated by subway and bus with the rest of the city, so you will be able see the rest of Barcelona without exhausting yourself. The nearest metro stop is Jaume I (L4 yellow metro line), close to Plaza Sant Jaume: the main square of the old city and still the administrative centre of Barcelona. The apartment has lots of day light and is not over the street, so it is very quiet.

- A cozy apartment, living room with a double sofa bed and an eating corner, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It has a sunny private terrace upstairs.

- A public parking is just in front of the building.

This 35m2 apartament is situated near Plaza Cataluña and Paseo de Gracia. It's all new, ideal for guests that want to spend a relaxed holiday, but is also for those who want enjoy the rhythms of the center.
